Every day, a gift-like day comes

There have been many changes in my life since my trip to Seoul. I have come to love and cherish myself more with a refreshed mind and body. I feel lighter on my way to work and I have a constant smile on my face. The biggest change is that I have gained confidence and optimism in everything I do.
